MINIBOO GOLF SUMMER CLASSIC
The MINIboo GOLF SUMMER CLASSIC is an 18 hole mini golf (putting only) tournament for non golfers and golfers alike. Teams of 2 play to win green (golfers, think Masters Green Jacket) miniboos, hence the event name. Miniboos are baby bonding comforters used on the Neonatal Unit, developed by Cuski, who kindly provided the green ones for the 2023 event.
MINIboo GOLF SUMMER CLASSIC 2023
The inaugural event was held at High Gosforth Park on the 6th July, raising £1,680.80 for the Tiny Lives Trust thanks to those who got involved by entering a team and/or sponsoring the event. 24 teams battled it out in the North East sun, enjoying beers and ice cream around the course before a post tournament buffet. 'Not that Rory' came out on top.
We'd like to say a huge thank you to all those that supported the event!
Looking ahead
We plan to bring the event back in 2024 or 2025 and will again be looking to the generosity of sponsors to help replicate the 2023 success.
